Responsibilities
-
The CCTV Access Control Service Technician is responsible for the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of commercial security products and systems, including access control and video management systems
-
This role involves working with low voltage cabling, fiber optics, and associated software, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards while providing excellent customer service
-
Install and service access control and video management systems
-
Abide by building code standards and company safety standards
-
Pull wire and fiber optic in various environments
-
Complete all wiring, connections, and equipment installations to ensure systems are operational according to contract requirements
-
Troubleshoot system installations to ensure proper functionality and compliance with codes and licensing requirements
-
Document and track all pertinent project information for service calls and jobs
-
Exhibit professional appearance and conduct
