Responsibilities

  • The CCTV Access Control Service Technician is responsible for the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of commercial security products and systems, including access control and video management systems

  • This role involves working with low voltage cabling, fiber optics, and associated software, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards while providing excellent customer service

  • Install and service access control and video management systems

  • Abide by building code standards and company safety standards

  • Pull wire and fiber optic in various environments

  • Complete all wiring, connections, and equipment installations to ensure systems are operational according to contract requirements

  • Troubleshoot system installations to ensure proper functionality and compliance with codes and licensing requirements

  • Document and track all pertinent project information for service calls and jobs

  • Exhibit professional appearance and conduct
