Who We're Looking For
We're looking for professionals who take pride in their work, communicate well with customers, and can be trusted to work independently.
Our technicians spend much of their time in the field, often representing our company directly with customers. Success at ADS requires technical competence, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing the job right, even when no one is looking.

Technical Experience & Qualifications
Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

Commercial video surveillance systems

Access control systems
-
Low-voltage cabling and infrastructure
-
Network configuration and troubleshooting
-
Service and maintenance of security systems
Relevant industry experience or equivalent education and certifications are highly valued, including:

Axis Communications certifications
-
IPConfigure certifications
-
BICSI Technician (TECH) certification
-
Manufacturer-specific security, networking, or access control training
-
Associate's degree or technical education in a related field
Additional qualifications:

Valid driver's license and a safe driving record

Comfortable working independently at customer locations

Willingness to travel to customer sites on a daily basis

Ability to travel overnight for select projects when required (approximately 5-10% of work assignments)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
